One day you ordered a Happy Meal for the last time and you didn’t even know it. Sad! 

The “Adult Happy Meal” campaign allows us to experience that same childlike joy today.
Partnering with the wildly creative Kerwin Frost, we reimagined the iconic box and
collectibles based on his own experience at McDonald’s. 



THE KERWIN FROST BOX

Alongside a custom-designed box, we worked with Kerwin to recreate the iconic
McNugget Buddy collectibles after a 25 year hiatus. 


One McNugget Buddy came in every box, along with a custom trading card.

FILM

Pulling inspo from the multi-genre box design, we tapped Dan Streit and Stoopid Buddy Stoodios
to create a stop motion, mixed media spot introducing the Buddies and their ficitional town called Frost Way.

We wanted to give fans a deeper look into the McNugget Buddies’ lives in Frost Way,
so we created an IG account just for them: @mcnuggetbudds.  

The account gained nearly 20K followers in less than two weeks.

At Art Basel Miami we let fans step inside an oversized Kerwin Frost Box
to experience the McNugget Buddies in Frost Way firsthand.

FAN CREATIONS

This campaign got love from celebs like Kim Kardashian and Tyler The Creator,
but the highest form of praise came from the fans and their creative iterations.

THE GOLDEN NUGGET

Oh! Last thing. We snuck in a Golden Nugget to some of the boxes.
It’s currently selling for more than the price of real gold on ebay.
